Instructions
You'll want to preheat your oven to 400 degrees. That way it's ready to go when you are (I might forget this step sometimes and get impatient)
Cook your nacho meat of choice to your liking. We cooked up a pound of venison we had in the freezer then added taco seasoning to it.
Assemble your nachos-line sheet pan with parchment paperadd entire bag of chipssprinkle with your favorite cheeseload on your toppings to your liking (except for sour cream and salsa)
Pop that bad boy in the oven and let it bake for approximately 4-6 minutes, till the chips look crispy and cheese is a golden brown.Pull out of the oven and let it cool prior to eating.Top with sour cream & salsa to your liking
